B. By entering into the customer Agreement, you authorize Life Beautiful Design, LLC access to your name and contact information solely for activities related to the furtherance of business. All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks and service marks are owned by and are sole intellectual property of Life Beautiful Design, LLC. It is in violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or part, and modification of any materials contained in this site is illegal. This may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law permissible, should we choose to do so. This may include financial penalties (damages) and/or injunction to stop using said intellectual property immediately.
You MAY use our intellectual property with clear credit back to our website in addition to links to our page (when appropriate) showing where the designs, text, images, quotes or posts originated. However, You may not claim any intellectual property contained in this website as your own.
Life Beautiful Design, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the site, without any advanced notice.
Our policy lasts 15 days after delivery. If more than 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the item was a handmade product, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We are not responsible for USPS (or other mail service provider) postal times or delays once the package has left our shop.
